Let's talk about...
IMPOSTER SYNDROME AT WORK

Feel like an imposter at work? You're not alone. So many of us feel like we're faking it, or like it's only a matter of time until our boss finds out we're not worthy of our title, achievements or salary.

Ironically, it's often those who are actually doing a really great job who feel most like a fraud at work - the overachievers and the perfectionists. The feeling tends to have a lot to do with our own insecurities, and very little to do with our actual skills and performance. Often, it connects to deep-seated (and pretty much universal) fears about being 'good enough'.

In this group, we talk openly and honestly about imposter syndrome at work, thinking about where our limiting beliefs about ourselves might have come from, and how we can let go of them.
